We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
- Email or whatsapp us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a return label and instructions via BobGo if the return qualifies.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
- All customers are liable for all courier charges when it comes to exchanges or refunds.
- Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you via BobGo.
